Last updated: June 2, 2026 — SPECTRE v1.0

⚠ SPECTRE is a restricted-access platform for authorized government and defense organizations only. By accessing this platform you confirm that you are an authorized representative of a qualifying organization and that your use complies fully with these Terms and all applicable laws.

1. Authorized Use

Access to SPECTRE is restricted exclusively to:

Any access by individuals or organizations not meeting the above criteria is strictly prohibited and constitutes unauthorized access to a restricted intelligence system.

2. Prohibited Uses

You must not use SPECTRE to:

3. Intelligence Output Disclaimer

SPECTRE's intelligence outputs — including surface web feeds, dark web monitoring results and AI-generated attack predictions — are provided for decision-support purposes only. They are correlative, not causal. They are probabilistic, not certain.

No intelligence output from SPECTRE should be used as the sole basis for any operational decision, especially decisions that affect human life, liberty or property. SPECTRE outputs must always be reviewed and validated by qualified human analysts with appropriate domain expertise before any operational action is taken.

SPECTRE accepts no liability for operational decisions taken on the basis of its intelligence outputs. Clients remain solely responsible for all actions taken by their organizations.

4. Data Sovereignty

SPECTRE is designed as a data-sovereign platform. Client data, watchlists, uploaded files and intelligence outputs are stored in encrypted form and are not shared with any third party without the explicit written consent of the authorized client. Encrypted file transfers via Convis and storage via eXstnZ operate under zero-knowledge encryption principles.

5. Confidentiality

All intelligence provided through SPECTRE is classified by default. Clients must apply appropriate classification markings to all outputs before distribution within their organizations. Unauthorized disclosure of SPECTRE intelligence outputs to media, foreign governments or public platforms is a material breach of these Terms.

6. Account Security

Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their access credentials. Credentials must not be shared between individuals. Suspected compromise of credentials must be reported to SPECTRE immediately at office@idjinnai.com. SPECTRE reserves the right to suspend access pending security investigation.

7. Payment and Contracts

Access is provided under annual contracts billed monthly. Contracts are non-refundable after the first 30 days. Government contracts are negotiated separately and may include customized payment terms, service level agreements and deployment arrangements.

8. Termination

SPECTRE reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access without notice if there is reasonable belief that the platform is being used in violation of these Terms, in violation of applicable law, or in a manner that poses risk to individuals or organizations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration before a mutually agreed international arbitration body.
