1. Who We Are

2. What Data We Collect

When you register for SPECTRE access or use our platform we may collect:

• Name, position, official email address and organizational affiliation — collected during clearance application
• Access logs — session timestamps, IP addresses, feature usage — for security audit purposes
• Keyword watchlists and alert configurations you set within the platform
• Files you upload via Convis encrypted transfer — stored encrypted, not read by us
• Intelligence queries you submit to the IDJINN AI assistant — used to generate responses, not stored permanently

3. What Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect payment card data — all payments are handled by Stripe
• We do not read the contents of encrypted files transferred via Convis
• We do not track your activity outside of the SPECTRE platform
• We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking
• We do not share any data with advertising networks or data brokers

4. How We Use Your Data

• To verify your clearance eligibility and grant platform access
• To deliver intelligence feeds, alerts and briefings to your account
• To process and respond to your IDJINN AI intelligence queries
• To maintain the security and integrity of the platform
• To comply with lawful requests from competent legal authorities
• To send you critical security notifications regarding your account

5. Data Security

All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. All data in transit uses TLS 1.3 minimum. File transfers via Convis use AES-256-GCM end-to-end encryption with keys that never leave your device. eXstnZ vault storage uses zero-knowledge encryption — we cannot read your stored files even if compelled to do so.

Access to your account data by SPECTRE personnel requires dual authorization and is logged and auditable. We conduct security reviews quarterly.

6. Data Retention

• Account data is retained for the duration of your contract plus 90 days
• Access logs are retained for 12 months for security audit purposes
• Intelligence feed data (article cache) is retained for 30 days rolling
• Encrypted vault files are retained until you delete them
• Upon contract termination you may request full data deletion within 30 days

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except:

• Infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN) operating under strict data processing agreements
• Payment processor (Stripe) for billing purposes only — they do not receive intelligence data
• Lawful requests from competent judicial authorities — we will notify you unless legally prohibited

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are subject to GDPR or equivalent privacy legislation you have the right to access, correct, port or erase your personal data. Submit requests to office@idjinnai.com with subject: PRIVACY REQUEST. We respond within 30 days.

9. Cookies

SPECTRE uses strictly necessary session cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. You can disable cookies in your browser but this will prevent you from logging in to the platform.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will notify active clients by email of any material changes to this Privacy Policy at least 30 days before changes take effect.
